You’ve got the camera, you know the basic terminology, but how do you actually use your camera?  With all those buttons, knobs and wheels, what do they all do?

Whether you have a DSLR or a Compact Digital Camera or Point & Shoot, this is the place to start.

This class will let you master your camera. We’ll cover:

• What are all those buttons and knobs?
• Exposure and operational modes
• Auto, P, Tv, Av, M What’s this all about?
• What are all those Scene functions?
• What’s the Histogram and why do I want to love it?
• How the Metering works
• Evaluative, center weighted, spot
• Auto focus, manual,  ai servo
• White balance
• Flash

 

Attendees will need to bring their cameras and the camera manuals.  It is best to review or read your manual prior to the class.

Appropriate for beginning and intermediate levels.  You should know the material covered in the Basic Digtial Photographyy class.
